COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Total Control IC752VDK048A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tg3-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the OSP500MG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NSH5SQR00BV2 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KBAG2817D by Manufacturer Tg3-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand NT31CST142V2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Computer-Dynamics such as MMV311100S000 equipment made by Computer-Dynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Computer-Dynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Computer-Dynamics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ML090QT3005S made by Monitech as well as the popular MM08MP001 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCD51VBK by Nec and MMV311100S000 spares by Computer-Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JZNCI0PS3A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
